Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe nectarine sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey roasted almond granola
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  • Fan sliced nectarine over one half of the yogurt.
  • Scatter granola over the other side.
  • Drizzle honey generously over the nectarine and yogurt right before serving.

Notes

Nectarines are rich in Vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. Greek yogurt provides protein and probiotics to keep you full and support gut health. Raw honey adds natural sweetness with antibacterial properties and trace minerals.

Amy's Kitchen Tips:

  • Choose ripe nectarines — they should give slightly when pressed and smell fragrant at the stem
  • Fan the nectarine — it takes 10 seconds and makes the bowl look completely intentional
  • Keep granola on its own side — it stays crunchier longer
  • Honey drizzle last — right before eating so it stays glossy and beautiful
  • Peaches work equally well — yellow peaches are the best swap
  • For little ones skip the honey drizzle for babies under one
