Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein and probiotics. Homemade strawberry chia jam adds fiber and real fruit antioxidants without refined sugar. Strawberries are packed with Vitamin C for immune support.Amy's Kitchen Tips:
- Use plain yogurt — the jam does all the sweetening, no need for pre-flavored or sweetened yogurt
- Swirl don't stir — visible ribbons of jam through the yogurt is what makes your yogurt bowl look beautiful and feel extra special
- Honey drizzle last — right before eating like a finishing touch
- Dessert version: serve in a smaller dish and add a dark chocolate drizzle over the strawberries
