🍋 Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a first-time mom, lifelong food lover, and the creator behind The Healthy Honeydew. This space grew from my postpartum kitchen — a season of quick hunger, tired hands, and a need for food that truly nourishes (without taking all day to make).

Here, “healthy” doesn’t mean perfect — it means real. You’ll find simple, feel-good recipes for busy moms and growing families: from 3-ingredient breads to cozy soups, snack bites, and easy family dinners. Start with some of my favorites: Banana Bread Dark Chocolate Chip Muffins or a cozy Butternut Squash Soup.

Why The Healthy Honeydew? 🍈💛🍯
