It’s made with frozen cherries, strawberries, and blueberries β€” all rich in antioxidants and natural sweetness β€” blended in my NutriBullet with creamy Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and your favorite milk. I love using organic soy milk for a little extra protein (7g per cup!), but any milk works. It’s thick, tangy-sweet, and naturally satisfying β€” no banana or added sugar needed.

Optional: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for an extra boost, or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you like things a touch sweeter.

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (if desired)
  • Optional: vanilla Greek yogurt (low sugar) or a scoop of protein powder for extra creaminess

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen cherry berry mix (sweet & tart cherries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I love organic soy milk for extra protein β€” 7g per cup)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Optional

  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (for more sweetness)
  • swap in vanilla Greek yogurt (low sugar) or add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
