This bowl right here — this is my new favorite five minute breakfast and I am SO excited to share it with you. Plain Greek yogurt, a spoonful of Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam swirled right through the middle, golden honey almond granola, fresh sliced strawberries fanned on top and a honey drizzle to finish. It looks like something from a beautiful sunlit cafe and it takes less time to make than it does to drive to one.
The jam swirl is everything. I had some leftover from making my Strawberry Chia Jam Oat Squares and honestly swirling it into plain yogurt was one of those happy kitchen accidents that immediately becomes a weekly ritual. The deep ruby jam flavors every single bite of tart plain yogurt — bright from the lemon, gently sweet from the honey. You are not eating pre-sweetened flavored yogurt. You are eating real yogurt made extraordinary by a spoonful of real fruit jam. That is a completely different experience.
The fresh strawberries add a clean bright bite on top, the granola gives you that golden toasty crunch that makes this feel like a proper breakfast rather than just a snack, and that honey drizzle at the end is the finishing touch that pulls the whole bowl together beautifully. This works as a quick breakfast, an afternoon pick me up and genuinely makes a lovely lighter dessert too — add a dark chocolate drizzle over the strawberries for that version. Trust me on that one!

What You Need
Four ingredients. Five minutes. Serves one.
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp of my Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam
- ¼ cup of my Homemade Honey Almond Granola
- 4 to 5 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp raw honey to finish

How to Make It
1. Start with the yogurt Spoon your Greek yogurt into your favorite bowl. Use whatever fat percentage works for you — full fat gives you a richer creamier bowl, non fat works beautifully too if you want to keep it lighter!
2. Swirl in the jam Drop two spoonfuls of strawberry chia jam onto the yogurt and use the back of your spoon to swirl through in loose figure eights. Do not fully mix it in — you want visible ribbons of deep red jam running through the white yogurt. That swirl is the whole point and it flavors every single bite beautifully!
3. Add the granola Scatter your granola over one side of the bowl — not over everything, so we can still see our pretty jam swirls.
4. Fan the strawberries Slice your strawberries and fan them on the opposite side from the granola. Overlapping slightly, fanned in a gentle arc. Take a second with this — it is what makes the bowl look cafe-level beautiful.
5. Finish with honey Drizzle honey over the whole bowl right before eating. That golden drizzle over the granola and strawberries is the moment that makes the whole bowl.

Naturally sweetened · High protein · No refined sugar · Gluten free · Quick breakfast
Notes and Swaps
On the yogurt: Plain Greek yogurt is the base — the jam does all the sweetening so you do not need flavored or pre-sweetened yogurt. Use whatever fat percentage you prefer. Coconut yogurt if dairy free!
On the jam: Homemade strawberry chia jam is what makes this bowl extraordinary. Store bought works in a pinch but it will not give you the same deep fruity flavor or beautiful chia texture. The recipe takes ten minutes and keeps in the fridge for two weeks — make a batch and this bowl comes together in five minutes all week.
Make it a dessert: Serve in a smaller dish and add a dark chocolate drizzle over the strawberries. That combination of strawberry jam, creamy yogurt and dark chocolate is genuinely incredible and still feels wholesome.
For little ones: Skip the honey drizzle for children under one. For toddlers this is a beautiful way to enjoy real fruit jam without refined sugar. My daughter Ember loves it and it makes her breakfast feel special.
