There’s something so comforting about having a homemade snack waiting in the fridge β€” especially one that feels nourishing and a little treat-like at the same time. These Almond Energy Balls are just that. They’re soft and chewy on the inside, with a little crunch from the sliced almonds on the outside.

What I love most about them is how easy they are. Everything goes into the food processor, you scoop and roll, and in just a few minutes you have a whole tray of wholesome little bites. They’re sweetened naturally with honey and filled with simple pantry staples like oats, flax, and chia. Nothing fancy, just real ingredients that come together in the best way.
